1. Service Offerings

Straight Path Services LLC provides custom web design, Next.js application development, and cloud software engineering workflows. Specific project boundaries are governed by independent technical service agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless outlined separately in an active developer statement of work, all native application codes, source materials, and platform configurations pass entirely to the client upon full project compensation.

3. Governing Jurisdiction

These operational parameters are managed and interpreted in strict alignment with the regulatory legal guidelines of the State of Michigan, USA.
